Stephanie Thompson
Stephanie is the Director of the National Down Syndrome Adoption Network. Before her position at the NDSAN, she worked for 11 years in many different roles within the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati.
One of her roles at the DSAGC was providing birth parent support to families whose child received a diagnosis of Down syndrome. She made many hospital visits to families, providing information and resources.
Her experience comes from her own birth son Christopher. She is able to put herself in the shoes of all families who call her, because she still vividly remembers when her son received a diagnosis of Down syndrome.
When Stephanie is not working, she is out on her bike or the running trail, traveling with her husband, or visiting with her sons, Chris and Cody.
Molly Blaker
Molly is the NDSAN Outreach Coordinator. She is in charge of our social media and outreach to agencies and parent groups, and provides much needed support in many other areas where the NDSAN can help children and families.
While she previously worked as an Intervention Specialist, she currently works with the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati supporting educational and employment outreach.
Molly enjoys serving children involved in foster care as a CASA. When Molly is not working, she is spending time with her husband and kids, enjoying dinner out with friends or watching HGTV.
