There are 2 types of Domestic adoption. Domestic adoption, meaning adoption within the United States, can either be a private domestic adoption, or a public domestic adoption.
We are consistently working with expectant families, birth families, and adoption agencies in private domestic adoption situations. Those situations are kept confidential and not posted publicly.
