NDSAN Adoptive Family Grant

Because you are a NDSAN family who has been chosen for placement of a child with Down syndrome, you have been invited to apply for the NDSAN Adoption Grant.

Congratulations!

In order to apply for this grant, you must meet the following requirements:
-You are a US Citizen who has a domestic home study that has been signed by a
  licensed domestic adoption agency or social worker
-You are approved to adopt
-You have received placement of a child with Down syndrome with NDSAN’s
  assistance
-The revocation period of placement has passed
-The adoption is a domestic adoption

Please do not apply if:
-You have not been matched with a child
-Your placement is an international adoption
-The revocation period has not passed
